Connecting networks of principals and executives between education institutions in Manado and Sydney, with ultimate goals of:
- Creating opportunities for student exchange programs,
- Assisting prospective or actual students in the New Colombo Plan to achieve their goals,
- Exchange of knowledge, culture, language between the two communities.

To promote tourism, trades and investment opportunities between two communities.
